RZ Advisory is the trade name of Idan Zviran, P.IVA 18644091003, Italy. Contact: info@rzadvisory.com.

What we collect and why

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, company, email, inquiry and message. We also record how you reached our site (the campaign link, referring website and page section). We use this to reply to you and follow up on your inquiry, at your request or based on our legitimate interest in managing business contacts (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Our hosting provider also processes technical data, such as your IP address, to run and secure the site.

Who receives it

Our IT service providers (hosting, email, contact management and analytics), some of which process data outside the EU under EU-approved safeguards. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

24 months for inquiries that do not lead to an engagement; 10 years for clients, as Italian law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@rzadvisory.com. You can also complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
